Molecular mop and bucket brigade for protein plaques

Scientists at MDC and Vienna University highlightened process of cellular autophagy. Teams around Oliver daumke (MDC) and Sascha Martens (Uni Wien) found structures on protein FIP200 which are responsible for the docking to p62 and the starting of the autophagy process.
